How to request deletion

Email hello@rengatechnologies.com with the subject Data deletion. Or send a WhatsApp message to +91 63622 95115 with the same subject, Data deletion.

Tell us the name, email, and phone number you used, and which form you filled (contact, Blueprint, ROI calculator, blog, waitlist, referral, or software training). That helps us find the right record.

What we delete

• The matching lead in Zoho CRM, including training leads stored there.
• Email-list records we hold, including blog signups, and we stop training nurture and reminder email for that address.
• The matching rows in this website’s database, such as contact submissions, calculator leads, Blueprint orders, referrals, and training enquiries.

Razorpay may keep its own payment record under its rules. We delete or remove your name and contact details from our copy of the order where we can still show the payment in our accounts. We also cannot erase a copy that already sits in a backup until that backup expires.

How long it takes

We complete a deletion request within 30 days and email you when it is done. If we cannot find a record for the details you sent, we will say so.

Remove the app in Facebook

To remove this site from your Facebook account, open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, select Renga Technologies or rengatechnologies.com, and remove it. That stops Facebook from sharing further activity from that connection. It does not delete the form data we already stored. Use the request above for that.
