Terms of Service

Website use

You may browse the site, send a form, and buy a product we offer on it. The pages describe our services. A page is not a quote. A project starts when we both agree a statement of work. Calculators and quizzes on the site are estimates, not a promise of savings or a result.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes sending false details, probing or overloading the forms, attempting to break checkout, scraping in a way that degrades the service, or uploading anything you have no right to share. We may refuse a form or a purchase that looks abusive.

Services and statement of work

We scope and deliver software, AI, and related services under a statement of work or a written quote. That document sets the deliverables, timeline, review points, and how you accept the work. Work outside that scope is estimated and approved before we start it.

Payments

Project invoices follow the milestones or retainer in the statement of work. Online payments on this site go through Razorpay. Paying confirms that the billing details are yours and that we may collect the amount shown. We can pause delivery if a milestone invoice is overdue.

Intellectual property

After you have paid in full, you own or receive the licence described in the statement of work for the deliverables we agreed. Frameworks, libraries, and accelerators we already had, or that we reuse across clients, stay ours. You receive a licence to run them as part of what we delivered.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the work. We limit access to people who need it for that work.

Warranty

We warrant that project deliverables will materially match the agreed specification at handover. Apart from that warranty, the website, calculators, and draft materials are provided as they are.

Liability

Our total liability for a project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project. Neither party is liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Termination

Either party may end a project for a material breach if the breach is not fixed within 14 days of written notice. You pay for work done up to that date. We hand over completed assets after that payment.

Digital products (the Blueprint)

The Production AI Blueprint is a paid PDF review. The price in the site configuration defaults to $99 (9900 cents) and can be changed on the server. You pay with Razorpay and receive a receipt. The Blueprint page states the offer in these words: if the Blueprint is not useful, reply to the receipt email and say “refund”, and we refund it in full. If you move to an AI Sprint within 14 days of the walkthrough call, the Blueprint price is credited to that engagement. This website does not refund the payment by itself. A person processes the reply.

Software training

Classes are in person at Opp. RVCE College & CEOA School, Salvarpatti, Tamil Nadu 626128. The free demo class is on Saturday at the time shown on the training page (by default 10:00 AM IST). Booking a demo does not reserve a paid seat.

Course fees and instalments are the amounts shown on the enrolment page when payments are switched on. Until then, we confirm the fee on WhatsApp before you pay. GST follows the mode configured for that checkout: not charged, included, or charged extra. The page does not invent a tax rate.

Come to class on time, follow the trainer’s instructions, and treat other students with respect. We can ask someone to leave a session if they disrupt it. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree to these terms.

The training page says to ask on WhatsApp what completion certificate a course includes. The software does not store a fixed certificate name. We will tell you, before you pay, whether that course includes one.

Seat fees are refundable before the batch starts, minus payment gateway charges. There is no refund after the second class.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The effective date at the top changes when we do. The terms in force when you pay, or when we sign a statement of work, are the terms for that purchase or project. Continued use of the website after the date changes means you accept the updated website terms.
