What is the manual work really costing you?
Four sliders. You'll see the yearly cost of the work, what automating part of it could save, and how long a fixed-price build takes to pay back. These are your numbers, not our marketing.
Be conservative. Most first builds automate part of a workflow, and humans handle the exceptions.
$75,000 per year
spent on this work today
Estimate only, based on your inputs: salary ÷ 2,080 hours × hours saved × 52 weeks, minus the build price. It doesn't include AI or hosting costs (usually small, and estimated in your quote).
How to calculate the payback on AI automation
Take hours saved per week, multiply by people, by the hourly rate (salary ÷ 2,080), and by 52. That is yearly savings. Subtract the build price to see payback. Payback is fastest when the data the AI needs already sits in one system, such as your app database or CRM, because there's nothing extra to build.

FAQ
How quickly will we see payback?
Run your numbers above. Payback starts at launch, and the build date is fixed in your quote.
What automation rate is realistic?
Use 30–50% for a first build unless the work is highly repetitive. We'll sanity-check it on the call.
Does this include running costs?
No. AI, telephony and hosting are billed at cost and estimated in your quote.
