Who we are

What we collect

We collect what you type into a form, plus the page you came from, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent when the form stores those. We also store UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and short source codes such as TRN-WEB when a form sends them.

• Contact and other B2B lead forms: name, email, phone, website, budget, and notes.
• Production AI Blueprint purchases: name, email, company, website, phone, the amount paid, Razorpay order and payment ids, and later intake answers such as a codebase URL, a Loom URL, and the problem you want solved.
• AI ROI calculator: name, email, company, the numbers you enter, and the estimate we show you.
• Blog signup: email.
• Voice-agent waitlist: the same fields as the contact form, marked as a waitlist submission.
• Referral program: your name and email, and the name, email, and company of the person you refer, plus a short note.
• Software-training demo bookings: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if you give one, course, whether you are a college student, fresher, working, or a parent, college name, preferred batch, demo date, WhatsApp opt-in, landing page, and source code.
• Training seat payments, when that checkout is turned on: name, phone, email, course, plan (seat, full fee, or instalment), amount, and Razorpay payment ids.
• Feature-picker quiz: email and your answers about the app, the work that takes time, team, and timeline.
• Playbook download: name and email, stored with the contact submissions.
• Some product landing pages collect a name and phone number. A separate booking page collects name, phone, email, industry, and payment references.

Razorpay processes the card or UPI payment. We store the order id, payment id, and signature Razorpay returns. We do not store your full card number.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets a session cookie and an XSRF cookie so forms can be submitted. The session lasts 120 minutes of inactivity unless the server configuration changes that. Your browser may also store a theme choice and UTM values in local or session storage.

On most pages we load:

• Google Analytics 4, measurement id G-GNXMKZ45BM, and the Google Ads tag AW-11006188170.
• Meta Pixel 1518891642448002, and the Meta Conversions API for some leads and purchases. We hash identifiers such as email and phone before that server-side call.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag, partner id 8018892.
• Zoho PageSense.
• Microsoft Clarity, project wn5k72r7ca, which can record how a page is used.

Training pages (/training and pages under it) do not load the main Meta Pixel or the LinkedIn tag. They load Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag, PageSense, and Clarity. A separate Meta Pixel loads there only when a training pixel id is configured. The fireworks landing page can load its own Google Analytics and Meta Pixel instead of the main ones. Google reCAPTCHA loads when a site key is configured, to score form submissions. The training pages also embed a Google Map.

This site does not show a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also opt out with the tools these companies publish:

• LinkedIn ad settings: LinkedIn retargeting opt-out

The Google Ads tag AW-11006188170 loads with Google Analytics on these pages. LinkedIn’s tag is also an ads tag. The fireworks landing page does not load this Ads tag.

Processors

We do not sell personal information. We send it to companies that run parts of the site:

• Zoho CRM stores leads from the contact form, referrals, the ROI calculator, blog signups, Blueprint purchases, the feature picker, and training enquiries. Training lead updates can ask Zoho to run a workflow. The sample Zoho data centre in this repository is “com”.
• Zoho PageSense measures how pages are used.
• Resend is a mail transport this app can use. The sample environment uses Laravel’s log mailer, so this repository does not record which mailer the live server uses.
• Razorpay takes Blueprint, training, and other checkout payments.
• Meta receives pixel and Conversions API events, and we message people on WhatsApp.
• Google receives Analytics events, Ads tag events, reCAPTCHA checks, and map loads.
• Microsoft receives Clarity recordings.
• LinkedIn receives Insight Tag events on non-training pages.
• The server that hosts this website stores the database. This repository does not name that hosting company.

Marketing email and WhatsApp

If you leave an email, we send the message that form is for: a confirmation, a Blueprint receipt, calculator results, or a blog signup note. Training emails can also include a demo reminder and a short nurture sequence. Those training emails are sent by this website, and only when the matching switch is turned on. Each of those emails has an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header.

The training form’s WhatsApp box is ticked by default. You can untick it. If it stays ticked, we may message that number on WhatsApp about the enquiry. Reply STOP on WhatsApp and we will stop those messages. This website does not run an automatic STOP robot; a person reads the reply.

Retention, security and international transfers

We keep form and payment records so we can reply, deliver what you bought, and keep accounts. This repository does not set an automatic deletion date. You can ask us to delete your information. See data deletion. We aim to do that within 30 days.

The site uses HTTPS in production, session cookies can be marked HTTPS-only, and the session cookie is HTTP-only by default. Admin passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the database and to Zoho is limited to people who operate the business.

Zoho, Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Razorpay, and Resend can process data outside India, including in the United States when the Zoho account uses the “com” data centre. Training CRM calls can be pointed at Zoho’s India data centre by configuration.

Your rights

If India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies to you, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, use the grievance contact below, and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.

If you are in the UK, the EEA, or a similar region, you can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your data, ask for a copy, and object to marketing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If a US state privacy law such as the CCPA applies, you can ask what we hold, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do use advertising tags described above.

Children

The training form can be used for a school student. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to consent before we collect their details or message them. The form does not ask for a date of birth. If we learn we have a child’s information without that consent, we will delete it. Email us and we will do that.
