Lending-tech platform, India
Problem. Loan officers read months of bank statements by hand to judge cash flow, bounced cheques and existing EMIs.
What we built. A multi-organisation platform. Borrowers upload statements on the web or through WhatsApp and Telegram bots. Parsers for SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, Canara and Indian Bank turn PDFs, CSVs and Excel files into transactions. A Claude-based analyser flags recurring credits and debits, salary, loans and bounces, then produces a 300–900 risk score and a PDF credit report. Also includes KYC (PAN + Aadhaar), loan applications with stages, and 2FA.

Agri-trading business
Problem. Maize purchases from farmers were tracked across registers: weighments, payments owed, penalties.
What we built. Farmer records, purchases with photos and updates, weighments, payments and penalties, a payment-due dashboard, and exports for farmers, purchases and payments.

Clinic-management SaaS
Problem. Multi-doctor practices ran appointments, records and billing on paper and separate tools.
What we built. Appointments and calendar blocking, patient records, treatment plans, clinical notes, prescriptions, drug and procedure catalogues, invoices with tax, payments, reminders, staff and multi-practice teams, Razorpay subscriptions, data import, and Flutter apps for doctors and patients.

Fireworks retailers, Tamil Nadu (dozens of stores)
Problem. Most of the year's orders arrive in a few weeks before Diwali, by phone and WhatsApp, with price lists sent as images.
What we built. Online stores with catalogues, combo packs, downloadable PDF price lists, payment confirmation, and an order → packing → dispatch workflow with invoices, refunds and stock history. We later turned these into a reusable platform with referral rewards, bundles and multi-language support.

Savings-scheme collections with WhatsApp automation
Problem. A retailer's Diwali savings scheme depended on staff phoning members about instalments.
What we built. Member enrolment, payments and receipts, collection, due-list and member-statement reports, and WhatsApp Business notifications. Messages trigger automatically on events, can be sent in bulk, and include scheduled payment reminders and overdue alerts with rate limiting and retries.
